Personal data actively disclosed
On this site we collect information that you voluntarily provide to us. We collect personal data e.g. from ordering, registering or requesting information about products or services, signing up for marketing communications, completing questionnaires, providing feedback about products and services. This personal data may contain your first and last name, company name, e-mail, telephone and other information... Such information can only be provided to us on a voluntary basis.

In addition to the use of our website, the collection of information is automated. This information may not directly reveal your identity, but may contain information about a specific device you are using (e.g. type of web browser, IP address...). We obtain this information through so-called cookies (more information on this topic below).
We use the following cookies on this site:

Use of similar technologies
Since cookies are not the only way to track or recognize website users, other similar technologies are used as needed (tracking software) that are tracked by our users. This allows us to track user behaviour patterns on our website and use them for marketing purposes, to provide or use cookie services or to improve online performance.
For remarketing purposes the Operator collects cookies stored in the visitor's browser. Remarketing is the display of advertisements based on the visitor's previous visits to the Operator's websites. When accessing the site the visitor is marked and anonymously placed in the list of the target audience. This marking is ensured by cookies. Remarketing data is used exclusively to segment visitors in order to send a more relevant advertising message. Segments are created based on several general patterns of visitor behaviour. Commercial messages are displayed in Google search engines, etc. Remarketing is provided through remarketing platforms such as Google AdWords, and others.
References to third-party websites
While browsing our website you may encounter hyperlinks to third party websites. The operator is not responsible for the collection and use of personal data on these sites or applications and we recommend that before you visit these sites or use certain applications and services, you should read the terms and statements on the protection of personal data.
The operator also uses social networking sites such as Compari.ro or Facebook for the purpose of using and obtaining information. These plug-ins of other platforms can be identified by the logo and the corresponding text styles of the respective platform. If you use one of these plug-ins to select one of our sites, it may create a direct link between the browser used and the related social network site. As this transmission always takes place between the respective network and the browser, the Operator does not have access to the data sent nor does it have any information about it. If you have been connected to one of the platforms at the same time or connect to the respective social network later, the plug-in will automatically connect the information to your account. The same procedure is valid for using the plug-in module (e.g. "Like" button) or adding comments.
Providing data to third parties
The operator will not disclose or reveal any identifiable information about you to third parties without your consent. We may only share your personal data with authorized business partners for the purpose of distributing our product and service offerings, delivering the products you have ordered and other communications with you, (usually delivery companies, payment processors, email marketing services), in cases required by law, such as government investigations, litigation or other legal processes and requirements, or in cases where we are satisfied in good faith that providing your personal data is necessary to protect our rights, e.g. in the investigation of a possible breach of the terms and conditions or in establishing fraud prevention or detection.
You can always opt out of direct marketing communications.
The easiest way is to click on the "unsubscribe" link in any email or communication we send you. You can also contact us using the contact details listed on our website.
